Conference Gifts

Conference Gifts brings together the leather writing accessories that anchor branded conference and corporate gift programs: A4 and A5 compendiums, pad covers, portfolios, conference folders, ring binders and lever-arch binders, plus a compact PVC notepad cover with calculator. Each item is intended to carry a company identity into meetings, seminars and trade events, and the range is structured so buyers can pair a premium compendium for speakers with simpler folders for delegates.

The category covers a genuine spread of leather grades and budgets. Top grade cowhide and top-grain leather appear on the premium compendiums, soft Nappa leather on polished pad covers, bonded leather across the widest selection of folders and compendiums, and cow hide split leather on everyday binders, with a leather-look microfibre option where budgets are tight. Wholesale prices across the category run from about USD 1 to USD 25 per unit, so a tiered gift program can be assembled from a single supplier.

Formats follow the paper sizes buyers expect, from compact A5 covers around 230 x 175 mm up to A4 compendiums of roughly 355 x 270 mm, with foolscap and 32 to 36.5 cm executive sizes in between. Closures include full zip, elastic bands and pen-closure designs. Interiors are built for working days: A4 or A5 notepads included, dual-powered calculators (model D980 on selected folders), pen loops, business card slots, phone and USB pouches, multiple document pockets, and removable 6-ring or metal lever mechanisms. Black dominates the color palette, with red accents offered on selected elastic-closure models.

Branding is a first-class feature here. Selected compendiums carry a metal badge whose front piece can be removed and supplied bulk for printing or engraving, and logo decoration is available across the line. As a company we print your own logo from a minimum order of 100 pieces, supply free samples where the total sample value is under USD 5, and reply to enquiries within 24 hours. Models listed as contact us for size details are refreshed regularly, so ask for the current specification sheet before ordering.
