Hardcover pop up book printing from our boardbook line pairs a 157g art paper cover with 2mm duplex grey board and 3mm foam, finished in 4/0 with matt lamination, spot glitter UV varnish, and a 19*19*2.7cm trim. Inside, 12 pages of 350g white board carry six pop pages in 4C/0 printing under glossy lamination. Quality control runs through six steps, with files checked and problems fed back within 4 hours before ozalids and CTP. Minimum order quantity is 1000pcs, samples take 7~15 days, and blank dummy set up is free, courier cost collected. Sets ship 60 per carton, 44*41*41cm, 16.5kg gross.
