This 3D children board book binding pairs a 157g art paper cover with 2mm duplex grey board and 3mm foam, then finishes it with spot glitter UV varnish over matt lamination. Inside, 12 pages of 350g white board carry six pop pages in 4C/0 printing, each surface gloss laminated, so the paper engineering lifts cleanly as small hands turn each spread. The finished size is 19*19*2.7cm, and sets pack 60 per carton measuring 44*41*41cm at 16.5kg gross.
